The essential nature of CanPix is to provide imagery of a superior standard, delivered on time and in accordance with the needs of the client.

Images will be delivered electronically either by disc or email within 48 hours of shooting. In accordance with client wishes they can be ready for printing in 'real' media or use on the internet or both. Images can be watermarked with any logos or text at client discretion.

Unlike some other photographers there are no picture package limits on CanPix jobs. We will shoot whatever is required to effectively render the impression that you want to convey of your property (within reasonable limits, of course).

There is a flat fee for shooting properties regardless of size; a one bedroom flat will cost the same as a five bedroom home. Those properties requiring multiple visits (for weather or to gain the advantage of the light at both ends of the day), extensive travel or those that are in fact many properties in the one location will attract a higher fee.

Clients who provide regular work will be rewarded with generous discounts.
